Each and every athlete will get their own individualised plan to support them in their personal sporting goals. Because strength and conditioning shouldn’t just be accessible to the professionals.

so HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Sessions run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 18:15pm to 19:15pm

  • Get your first 2 sessions free, then it’s £15 per session thereafter

  • Open to 12-18 year olds from any sport

  • No obligation to come to all sessions — pick and choose when suits you, working around your other training sessions and commitments

  • Sessions will take place at Shiplake College (RG9 4BW)—no need for a gym membership

Let’s start working smarter, not harder.

We’ll design a bespoke programme for each and every one of our Academy athletes, to enhance and compliment everything else you’re doing, not just add more or ‘harder’ work.

That might mean sometimes running recovery or mobility sessions to balance your high-intensity sessions elsewhere.

Throughout the programme, we’ll carry out regular testing sessions with top-spec equipment to track progress and performance improvements.

That way we can adapt each athlete’s programme to their sport and exact needs.
